This notice explains the information collected by the talent application form.

What you share

The form collects your name, contact details, current location, languages, talent area, optional portfolio or social profile links, experience, relocation availability, introduction, any photos you choose to upload, and confirmation of age and consent. Please do not include identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Why it is collected

Your information is saved so FameWorks Agency can assess your application and contact you about a potential agency partnership. Submitting an application is not acceptance into the agency and does not create a contract.

How it is handled

Application details are stored in the website’s database, and uploaded photos are stored separately with a link to your application. Your application and photos are used for agency review and are not displayed publicly. Website hosting providers process this data to operate the application service. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Corrections and questions

Keep the application reference shown after submission. When an agency representative contacts you, use that reference to request a correction, withdrawal or deletion, or to ask about retention of your application.
